Precautions before operation of cold forming elbow machine：
1.Check the "transfer record".
2.Check the electrical switch of the cold forming elbow machine, whether the stroke limit switch is safe and reliable, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable.
3.Check the oil level gauge on the side of the bending machine.
4.Check whether the pressure regulating valve on the oil pressure return road is in no-load condition and the block must reach the rear limit.
5.Verify that the work instructions are in accordance with the work item.
6.Install the die and adjust the clearance.
7.After making sure all parts are normal, the cold forming elbow machine starts working.
