Safe operation method of pipe expanding machine
Before operation of the pipe expanding machine, check the surface of the power supply line for failure , and then proceed to the next working procedure after confirmation of normal operation . The core bar , the core head and the heater are selected according to the processing pipe diameter and the thickness , and the core rod , the core head and the heater are arranged in sequence . Do not add substances between the pipe and the pipe mould , clear the dirt inside the pipe , and apply the lead powder evenly in the pipe .
The pipe expanding machine parts shall be clamped and the steel pipe shall be concentric with the heater . Adjust the process parameters and turn on the power supply in sequence to run production . During the operation of pipe expanding machine, the quality of temperature , speed , dimension and steel pipe surface shall be checked . After the pipe expanding and pushing is completed , the pipe expanding machine tool is in the state to be produced , shut down the power supply , and the cleaning machine platform and the surrounding environment are sanitary , and the daily maintenance work is well done。 |
