| Preparation of elbow machine before operation
The elbow machine needs to be operated before the operation process:
1. The machine must be well grounded and the lead is not less than 4mm2 copper flexible wire. Do not access the power supply voltage exceeding the specified range, do not plug in or remove the plug-in when live, and do not test the control circuit with a megohm meter. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.
2. When inserting or removing plug-ins, do not pull out wires or cables to avoid pulling out during welding.
3. Proximity switches and encoders cannot be impacted by hard objects.
4. Do not bump the display unit with sharp objects.
5. The electrical box must be placed in a ventilated place. It is forbidden to work in dust and corrosive gases.
6. Do not install without permission. Connect the PC input and output.
7. When replacing the power supply of the machine tool, the motor steering must be reconfirmed.
8. Machine tools should be kept clean, with special attention to clamping blocks. There shall be no foreign body in the slide chute.
9. Regularly add lubricating oil to the chain and other sliding parts.
10. Power supply must be disconnected during cleaning and maintenance.
11. Preparation before starting: check whether the oil level of the tank reaches the oil level line, add oil at each lubrication point, start to confirm the motor steering, check the abnormal sound of the oil pump, and check whether the hydraulic system leaks oil after starting (the Angle encoder does not allow to add oil);
12. Pressure adjustment: use the electromagnetic relief valve to adjust the pressure to ensure that the system pressure reaches the required working pressure, generally not higher than 12.5mpa.
13. Mold adjustment: mold installation requirements mold and clamping block on the center, clamping block can be adjusted by bolts; Booster block and mold to the center, booster block adjustable; Align the core head with the mold, loosen the core frame bolt, and tighten the bolt after adjusting the center.
