    Working principle, installation and debugging of hydraulic pipe expanding machine

    The hydraulic pipe expanding machine is a double cylinder parallel and even speed hydraulic pushing machine. The valve table of the pump station adopts the integrated form.The pump station is composed of multi-stage pumps: the first plant is equipped with 2 working pumps of the fourth specifications, and the fifth to eighth specifications is equipped with 1 working pump.Set up a no-load fast forward and fast back pump.Pipe expanding machine equipment is divided into two ways: primary propulsion and secondary propulsion.

     

    The intermediate frequency power supply is installed on the front end of the equipment, the intermediate frequency induction coil is installed on the adjustment frame, the tube core head mold and the pipe material are heated, and then the pipe making machine is started, the tube can be expanded.The electrical control part of the pipe making machine is installed in the main control cabinet. The travel switch is installed at both ends of the equipment. After the push plate is reached, the machine will stop automatically.

     

    Installation and debugging of hydraulic pipe expander: the hydraulic pipe expander shall be installed according to the foundation drawing stopped by the manufacturer. The overall equipment shall be installed with a level gauge to find the right level. After finding the right level and rectifying the center, the whole equipment shall be fixed.Before the hydraulic pipe expander leaves the factory, the pump station, hydraulic pipe making machine and intermediate frequency power supply have all been debugged. After the equipment arrives at the buyer, the equipment manufacturer will send personnel to guide the installation and debugging.

    The heating effect of induction coil at work is not only determined by the working current of induction coil, but also closely related to the shape of induction coil, the number of turns, the length of the lead copper tube, the working material and the shape of the induction coil. In order to make the most effective use of the power of the equipment, it is very important to design the induction coil in a reasonable shape according to the working material.The design of induction coils should generally follow the following principles:

     

    1. The shape of the induction ring should be determined according to the shape of the working heating surface. The production principle should use the copper tube of the induction part and the working heating surface to be parallel or equidistant and the current flow direction between adjacent turns is consistent.

     

    2. Determine the number of inductor turns

     

    The following situations should be double-loop or multi-loop structure: non-magnetic materials such as copper, aluminum, etc.?Planar heating with workpiece diameter ≤25mm?Heating with an external magnetic field

     

    3. The clearance adjustment principle between induction ring and workpiece is as follows

     

    The gap between the small work and the induction ring should be controlled in 3-5mm

     

    The gap between the larger workpiece and the induction ring should be determined as follows

     

    When the power regulation rotation has been adjusted to the maximum, the current indication is also maximum but the heating rate is very slow, the clearance between the work and the induction coil should be reduced or the number of induction coil turns should be increased.

     

    When the power regulating knob is adjusted to the maximum but the current display is not up to half of the maximum current, the gap between the workpiece and the induction coil should be increased or the number of induction coil turns should be appropriately reduced.

     

    4, for the use of external magnetic heating (such as plane heating, work hole quenching, etc.) or for non-magnetic metal heating, can use different shapes of ferrite materials magnetic concentration can greatly increase the output power of the equipment.

     

    5. The lead length of induction ring should not be too long, which will increase the loss of equipment.

     

    6. When the heating method determines the shape of the induction coil and the thermal efficiency is low, the equipment with large power can be considered.
