Maintenance of pipe fitting equipment:

2. Each joint of the hydraulic station is equipped with oil-resistant rubber sealing ring. If the sealing ring is damaged or leaked, it should be replaced in time.
3. If the forward and backward failure is found, first check whether the electro-hydraulic directional valve works. If the electro-hydraulic directional valve works normally, check whether the solenoid relief valve or single unloading valve has impurity stuck.(This phenomenon is usually prone to occur when the equipment is in use).If there is a dead phenomenon, open it with gasoline or diesel oil, clean it, and then reinstall it.
4. Clean the oil tank and filter the hydraulic oil once within 15 days after the equipment begins to use.
5. When cleaning the oil tank, the oil inlet filter in the tank should be cleaned.
