Several important parts of IF pipe bender are as follows:
1. Bending machine tool part :the bed part is welded with channel steel spindle frame, and the bearing supporting plate of the spindle is installed with 15mm thick steel plate and frame.
2. System part: The transmission part is composed of cylinder, rack, gear and transmission shaft.
3. Transmission part: The transmission part is composed of cylinder, rack, gear and transmission shaft.
4. Die part: Die part is an auxiliary tool made according to the diameter of different shape surface , which is made of bearing or roll steel.
5. Clamping part :The hydraulic clamping part is composed of slide board, buttock shaking and hydraulic cylinder. The expansion of the cylinder drives the movement of buttock shaking.
6. Electrical part.
Medium frequency pipe bender is suitable for installation and repair of pipes in factories, warehouses, wharfs, buildings, railways, automobiles, etc.
