The main engine of cold forming elbow machine consists of body (frame), clamping cylinder, side push cylinder and demoulding mechanism. The control mechanism is composed of power station, limit device, pipeline, electrical control box and operation box.
    
The forming principle of cold forming elbow machine: in the tunnel mold cavity locked by external force, the tube billet is pushed by the hydraulic jacking bar from the guide section into the shaped cavity with the inner core, which is bent and formed by the stripper.
