The main characteristics of induction heating
Our hot forming elbow machine and pipe bending machine are heated by induction heating.
Main features of induction heating:
1. Quick heating, no more than 10 seconds in normal heat treatment, which solves the problem that the traditional heat treatment process is too thick due to long heating time;
2. The heating position can be controlled by itself, and it will not generate too much heat to the position that does not need to be heated to meet the heat treatment requirements of special workpieces;
3. Energy saving, more than the original electronic tube high-frequency machine, electric furnace and other energy saving 3/4;
4. Simple operation, no fire at work, no high temperature, no high pressure (induction coil working voltage 36V) has good safety. |
