Medium frequency induction heating pipe bender
The pipe bending machine uses hydraulic cylinder or chain drive and medium frequency induction heating. It consists of 4 mechanisms which are power source mechanism, clamping and fixing mechanism, bending radius adjusting mechanism, and propelling mechanism.
According to the drive source, there are two types of intermediate frequency heating pipe bending machine, i.e., IF heating hydraulic pipe bending machine and IF heating chain-drive pipe bending machine. The former is used to bend the pipes with the diameter of 21mm to 920mm while the latter is for pipes of 1020mm to 1620mm.

| The medium frequency induction heating pipe bender can be used to bend the pipes made of carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. The pipes with the diameter of 21mm to 1620mm and the wall thickness of 3mm to 100mm can also be processed. |
