Hydraulic machinery equipment safety operation procedures
1, hydraulic press, the operator must be trained, to grasp equipment performance and operation technology, can work independently.
2, hydraulic press mould must be conducted under the condition of power installation, prohibited collision start button, hand shank and with the foot on the pedal switch.
3, installed in the upper and lower die for, adjust good mold clearance, don't allow unilateral off center, after confirm the fixed mold test again.
4, hydraulic press, first start the equipment idle for 5 minutes before starting work, check whether the oil pump noise is normal at the same time, the piston hydraulic unit and the pipes, fittings, if there is a leak phenomenon.
5, to start the equipment testing, check pressure to achieve work pressure, equipment action is normal and reliable,
6,after hydraulic press work, cut off the power supply, the hydraulic press is wiped clean, mould, artifacts to clean clean and neat. |
